Procedure 1
This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:
∛8 = 2
∛64 = 4
2 ÷ 4 = 0.5
∛8 ÷ ∛64 = 0.5
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛8 ÷ ∛64 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
8 ÷ 64 = 0.125
∛0.125 = 0.5
∛8 ÷ ∛64 = 0.5
