This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛8 ÷ ∛65 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.123077 ≈ 0.4974
∛8 ÷ ∛65 ≈ 0.4974
