Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛7 ÷ ∛98 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.071429 ≈ 0.4149
∛7 ÷ ∛98 ≈ 0.4149
