Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛6 ÷ ∛99 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
6 ÷ 99 ≈ 0.060606
∛0.060606 ≈ 0.3928
∛6 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.3928
