Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛4 ÷ ∛9 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
4 ÷ 9 ≈ 0.444444
∛0.444444 ≈ 0.7631
∛4 ÷ ∛9 ≈ 0.7631
