This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛98 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 98 ≈ 0.020408
∛0.020408 ≈ 0.2733
∛2 ÷ ∛98 ≈ 0.2733
