This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

∛99 ≈ 4.6261
1.2599 ÷ 4.6261 ≈ 0.2723
∛2 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.2723
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛99 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 99 ≈ 0.020202
∛0.020202 ≈ 0.2723
∛2 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.2723
