This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

∛9 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.4496
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛99 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 99 ≈ 0.090909
∛0.090909 ≈ 0.4496
∛9 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.4496
