This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛70 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 70 ≈ 0.128571
∛0.128571 ≈ 0.5047
∛9 ÷ ∛70 ≈ 0.5047
