Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛65 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 65 ≈ 0.138462
∛0.138462 ≈ 0.5173
∛9 ÷ ∛65 ≈ 0.5173
