This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛45 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.2 ≈ 0.5848
∛9 ÷ ∛45 ≈ 0.5848
