This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛28 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.321429 ≈ 0.6850
∛9 ÷ ∛28 ≈ 0.6850
