Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛24 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 24 = 0.375
∛0.375 ≈ 0.7211
∛9 ÷ ∛24 ≈ 0.7211
