Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛15 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 15 = 0.6
∛0.6 ≈ 0.8434
∛9 ÷ ∛15 ≈ 0.8434
