Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛9 ÷ ∛11 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
9 ÷ 11 ≈ 0.818182
∛0.818182 ≈ 0.9353
∛9 ÷ ∛11 ≈ 0.9353
