This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛8 ÷ ∛35 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.228571 ≈ 0.6114
∛8 ÷ ∛35 ≈ 0.6114
