Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛7 ÷ ∛90 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
7 ÷ 90 ≈ 0.077778
∛0.077778 ≈ 0.4269
∛7 ÷ ∛90 ≈ 0.4269
