Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛7 ÷ ∛70 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
7 ÷ 70 = 0.1
∛0.1 ≈ 0.4641
∛7 ÷ ∛70 ≈ 0.4641
