Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛65 ÷ ∛99 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
65 ÷ 99 ≈ 0.656566
∛0.656566 ≈ 0.8691
∛65 ÷ ∛99 ≈ 0.8691
