This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

1.8171 ÷ 1.9129 ≈ 0.9499
∛6 ÷ ∛7 ≈ 0.9499
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛6 ÷ ∛7 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
6 ÷ 7 ≈ 0.857143
∛0.857143 ≈ 0.9499
∛6 ÷ ∛7 ≈ 0.9499
