Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛6 ÷ ∛18 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.333333 ≈ 0.6934
∛6 ÷ ∛18 ≈ 0.6934
