Procedure 1
This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:
∛5 ≈ 1.71
∛5 ≈ 1.71
1.71 ÷ 1.71 = 1
∛5 ÷ ∛5 = 1
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛5 ÷ ∛5 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
5 ÷ 5 = 1
∛1 = 1
∛5 ÷ ∛5 = 1
