This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

∛15 ≈ 2.4662
1.71 ÷ 2.4662 ≈ 0.6934
∛5 ÷ ∛15 ≈ 0.6934
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛5 ÷ ∛15 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
5 ÷ 15 ≈ 0.333333
∛0.333333 ≈ 0.6934
∛5 ÷ ∛15 ≈ 0.6934
