This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛4 ÷ ∛70 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.057143 ≈ 0.3852
∛4 ÷ ∛70 ≈ 0.3852
