Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛4 ÷ ∛24 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
4 ÷ 24 ≈ 0.166667
∛0.166667 ≈ 0.5503
∛4 ÷ ∛24 ≈ 0.5503
