Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛4 ÷ ∛11 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
4 ÷ 11 ≈ 0.363636
∛0.363636 ≈ 0.7138
∛4 ÷ ∛11 ≈ 0.7138
