This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛3 ÷ ∛70 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.042857 ≈ 0.3499
∛3 ÷ ∛70 ≈ 0.3499
