Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛3 ÷ ∛18 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
3 ÷ 18 ≈ 0.166667
∛0.166667 ≈ 0.5503
∛3 ÷ ∛18 ≈ 0.5503
