This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

∛9 ≈ 2.0801
1.2599 ÷ 2.0801 ≈ 0.6057
∛2 ÷ ∛9 ≈ 0.6057
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛9 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 9 ≈ 0.222222
∛0.222222 ≈ 0.6057
∛2 ÷ ∛9 ≈ 0.6057
