This may be the most obvious procedure, where you first calculate the cube root of each number, and then divide the result, like this:

∛2 ÷ ∛86 ≈ 0.2854
Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛86 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 86 ≈ 0.023256
∛0.023256 ≈ 0.2854
∛2 ÷ ∛86 ≈ 0.2854
