Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛63 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 63 ≈ 0.031746
∛0.031746 ≈ 0.3166
∛2 ÷ ∛63 ≈ 0.3166
