This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛46 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.043478 ≈ 0.3516
∛2 ÷ ∛46 ≈ 0.3516
