Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛31 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 31 ≈ 0.064516
∛0.064516 ≈ 0.4011
∛2 ÷ ∛31 ≈ 0.4011
