Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛28 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 28 ≈ 0.071429
∛0.071429 ≈ 0.4149
∛2 ÷ ∛28 ≈ 0.4149
