Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛21 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 21 ≈ 0.095238
∛0.095238 ≈ 0.4567
∛2 ÷ ∛21 ≈ 0.4567
