Procedure 2
This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛19 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:
2 ÷ 19 ≈ 0.105263
∛0.105263 ≈ 0.4722
∛2 ÷ ∛19 ≈ 0.4722
