This procedure may be the fastest. Since ∛2 ÷ ∛17 is the same as ∛(34/56), you can first divide the numbers, and then find the cube root of the quotient, like this:

∛0.117647 ≈ 0.4900
∛2 ÷ ∛17 ≈ 0.4900
